FROM THE HEART MUSIC HOURThe History:
From The Heart Music Hour originated out of From The Heart Recording Studio and produced by Rick Ott & Nelle McCall. Originally it was a weekly radio show that aired on WOCY from April 2008 to October 2009 featuring recordings by local and regional songwriters, along with interviews. In late 2009, WFSU-TV agreed to provide us with broadcast time and we now produce a two hour documentary style music television program. Our sixth episode is being filmed in Gulf County on April 6, 7 & 8 and will broadcast in the summer. Filming will take place at the following music venues: the Haughty Heron and The Thirsty Goat in Port St. Joe, Lake Alice Park in Wewahitchka and Indian Pass Raw Bar at Indian Pass.
